How to Solve the Long-Existing “Wire Drawing” Problem?

The stringing issue during the dispensing process is often closely related to fluid properties, equipment parameters, and process settings. Years of industry experience, Shenzhen Laike Technology has compiled and optimized key points for you:

Fluid temperature control is crucial. Appropriate heating can reduce the viscosity of the adhesive, improve its flowability, and minimize stringing. Leico’s dispensing valves can be equipped with a precision temperature-control module to ensure that the fluid remains in a consistently stable working state.

The suction parameters need to be finely adjusted. The negative pressure generated during the glue-sealing process can effectively cut off the adhesive flow, preventing dripping and stringing. It is recommended to gradually adjust the amount and speed of back-suction according to the viscosity of the adhesive until an ideal balance is achieved.

The distance between the needle and the workpiece must be appropriate. Too great a distance can easily cause trailing, while too close a distance may compress and collapse the glue dots. Leica’s technical striker valve features an adjustable striker mechanism, making it easy to precisely control the glue dispensing height and shut-off performance.

The dispensing speed and pressure must be matched. Excessive gas supply pressure or too slow a moving speed can both increase the risk of wire drawing. It is recommended to find the optimal combination through staged adjustments.

Shenzhen Leike Technology is deeply engaged in the field of precision fluid control, and its product portfolio includes: Piezoelectric valve  Firing pin valve  Screw valve Various types are available, and we can provide customized parameter recommendations tailored to different fluid characteristics.
